William Balkus Associates has designed several large retail and office complexes, shopping centers and office buildings. We have also design the offices, the restaurants, the health care facilities and the retail stores that occupy these complexes including space planning and interior design. We have renovated several older retail and office buildings and have provided handicapped accessibility to many of those buildings. We have designed office condominiums, residential condominiums, churches, daycare and preschool facilities, and large college buildings. We also provide site planning and structural engineering in addition to Architecture.

Our Residential work includes new homes from ranging from 3,000 and 8,000 square feet . We have designed Residential Additions and Renovations including new kitchen additions, family rooms, master bedrooms additions, porches, new decks with fire pits, patios, and solariums. We also use the latest no maintenance materials including fiber cement clapboards and PVC trim and exterior moldings.
